Lawn Doctor was responsive, prompt, and is great value! Matt and Suzy are great to work with and can answer all of your questions. The team is super knowledgeable and we’re extremely happy with our first service! We just moved into our home last year and noticed our grass needs some help, especially in certain areas. Excellent service. If they have a rain delay they email and tell me when they will be there. My lawn has never been greener!! This is my second year with Lawn Doctor and I highly recommend them for their quality service and excellent customer service but most importantly my green lush grass!!! Kent did a thorough job spraying our yard for mosquitos and ticks. With the wet weather a few weeks back, the mosquitos were out of control in our yard. It was unpleasant to work in our garage because of how numerous and aggressive they were. Really appreciate Jacob’s (the owner) responsiveness and the great job Kent did to create a barrier around our home. We noticed a big difference right away. ~ Chelsi H
I’m a new customer with Lawn Doctor. I met one of their techs, Kent, yesterday before he applied my first application. Kent was not only able to answer my questions, but had taken the time to walk around my property to assess the needs of my lawn. We love the professionalism of this company. They came to the house and were beyond thorough. Very quick, very clean and very good with special instructions. Vincent did a fabulous job on my lawn applying the weed control and fertilizer. He was very professional and I hope The Lawn Doctor can make my lawn nice, full and green over time. Kent did a great job spreading broadleaf herbicide and fertilizer. After Tru Green faked a couple services, I now watch the techs after the fact on Ring. Lawn Doctor truly cares about their customers and it shows. ~ Paul S
